The story through the world’s best hop varieties continues... In this passage we explore some newer and emerging US varieties all grown in Washington State's Yakima Valley in the North West. With abundant hop growing the region is also well known for its wines and its average 300 days of sunshine each year certainly helps create the huge aromas you can expect here. In this chapter there are three main protagonists: Ekuanot, Calypso & Cashmere. With our NEIPA stalwart Mosaic having a walk-on role. Expect huge tropical aromatics of melon, papaya and lime with apple, pear flavours shining through the finish.
